Day 1 Sajang
Arrival at Sajang Village, overnight at a simple guesthouse.
Enjoy the hospitality and the friendly smile that Sajang village offers.

Sajang Village Sajang village is a beautiful village on the foot of Mount Rinjani, located north of Sembalun Lawang. It is one of the gates to Mount Rinjani National Park. Their customs and traditions is peaceful. This is the only village in East Lombok where you will find the Hindu villagers and the Muslim villagers living in harmony together. Also wondering the unique way how they managed their cows. Every morning they gather the cows from all the families in the village and only two villagers bring them up to the mountain, leaving the cows feeding. In the evening they come to pick up the cows in a traditional way and they lead the cows back to the village. Remarkable detail: the cows return to their owners on their own. The village supports their daily livelihood by growing coffee, chocolate and vanilla and, depending on the season, you will have the opportunity to work along them

Day 2 Sajang - Rinjani
Early morning trekking following the water-route of Sajang village.  After two hours of walking you will find the Penimbung waterfall. There is a moment to take a break before heading to the Gua Lawah (Bat cave) and the Propok waterfall. Then continue following the left side route, where the Dewi Anjani waterfall is located. From there to the Gua Manik (Manik cave). Once we reach the Gua Susu we start preparing for the night. Dream of the beautiful Segara Anak lake, that offers water flows and natural spring which are said to hold magical healing powers and many people make the climb solely for medicinal purposes.

Day 3 Rinjani
In the early morning the journey to Kumpulan hot spring will start. Watch every step you take in the hot spring, because the water can have different temperatures. Afterwards you go to the Segara Anak lake. Enjoy the beautiful serenity of the lake and the glimpse of Gunung Baru. Than it is a two hours climb to Pelawangan Rinjani where you may have a little rest. Face the ultimate of this journey once you reached the top of Rinjani Mountain. Feel the freedom of yourself in this moment. Shortly after that we start returning to Gua Susu for the overnight. Enjoy the sounds and especially the stars in the night. Due to the absence of light pollution the stars will show much more of themselves and feel the beauty of the universe.

Rinjani Rinjani is an active volcano in Indonesia on the island of Lombok. With is with 3726 meters one of the highest volcanos of Indonesia. The first known documented eruption was in September 1847. The most recent eruption was in 2010. A massive eruption of Rinjani in 1258 CE may have triggered the Little Ice Age. The volcano and the Segara Anak crater lake, are protected by a national park established in 1997. In 2008, the Indonesian government proposed to UNESCO that Mount Rinjani be one of the world's official geoparks. This was approved by UNESCO, Mount Rinjani then become the first such geological park in Indonesia. Sasak tribe and Hindhu community assume the lake and the mount are sacred. Religious activity are occasionally done in Mount Rinjani.

Day 4 Rinjani - Sajang
After breakfast the journey will return to Sajang village. Upon arrival at Sajang Village, relaxing with a traditional body massage of Sajang.

Day 5 Sajang
Soft trekking to the Ineman Jaran waterfall and Mangku Sakti waterfall. Once you take a bath at the blue waterfall, you will feel the magical silhouette of a wise man at the left side of the Mangku Sakti waterfall. In the afternoon you can continue your journey for the next destination. End of your amazing journey.
